At Ngoma Bush Lodge, we require the following to confirm your reservation:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking investment against unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will be refunded, less any non-refundable card transaction or processing fees.
Cancellations made 30 days or less before arrival will result in 100% of the total booking value being forfeited. This includes same-day cancellations and no-shows.
Any approved refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Flight Cancellations: If your flight to the area is canceled by the airline, please contact us immediately. We will attempt to accommodate rescheduling based on availability.
Bookings for groups of 6 or more rooms, or special events (weddings, conferences, etc.) may have different cancellation terms:
