Courtyard

Boma
Gather under the African stars in our traditional outdoor boma—an open-air space designed for unforgettable evenings around the fire. Two-course dinner
Evenings at Ngoma Bush Lodge are all about great food and relaxed conversation. Our two-course dinner features a flavorful main course followed by a delightful dessert, lovingly prepared by our in-house chef.
Dinner is typically served in our boma under the stars, offering a warm, rustic bushveld atmosphere. On cooler nights or during inclement weather, guests can enjoy their meals in the comfort of our indoor dining room, which offers a cozy and inviting setting.
Our menu changes daily and highlights seasonal ingredients and South African-inspired dishes.
Alcohol Cash bar (wine, beer, and spirits)
Ngoma Bush Lodge offers a relaxed and welcoming cash bar, located in the main lodge area, where guests can enjoy a selection of local wines, beers, spirits, and classic cocktails. It’s the ideal spot to unwind after a day of adventure—whether you're watching the game, socializing with fellow travellers, or simply soaking in the bushveld ambiance.
Guests are also treated to complimentary sundowner drinks during the afternoon game drive—enjoy a chilled beverage at a scenic stop as the sun sets over the African landscape, creating unforgettable moments in the wild.
Drinks from the bar can be billed to your room and settled at the end of your stay.
Activities & Services
Two guided game drives per day
Guests enjoy two guided plains game drives each day—one in the early morning and another in the late afternoon—allowing for the best possible wildlife viewing opportunities.
Our 600-hectare private game farm is home to a rich variety of plains game, including eland, sable, kudu, zebra, nyala, and impala. With a bit of luck, guests may even be treated to a leopard sighting, a rare and thrilling experience.
Unlike many lodges in the area, Ngoma Bush Lodge operates exclusively on a private property, giving our guests exclusive traverse rights. This ensures an intimate, crowd-free safari experience, where sightings are unhurried and tailored to your interests. It’s the perfect setting for reconnecting with nature in privacy and comfort.

Guided Bush Walks
