Day 1: Arrival & Plains Game Drive

Ngoma Bush Lodge 5-Night Group Safari Journey – Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Payment

Reservations must be made for a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 10 guests.
Rates: Single occupancy R14,500 per person, Two sharing R25,720 per pair.
A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking.
Full payment must be made 6 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date.
2. Transport

Transfers from Johannesburg to Hoedspruit are included.
Guests arranging their own transport to Hoedspruit will receive a R1,000 per person discount.
3. Inclusions

5 nights’ accommodation at Ngoma Bush Lodge.
Breakfast and dinner each day.
Guided game drives and bushwalks as per itinerary.
Full-day Kruger National Park safari with a professional guide.
Full-day Panorama Route tour.
Visit to Moholoholo Animal Rehabilitation Centre.
4. Exclusions

Lunches and beverages.
Flights to Johannesburg/Hoedspruit.
Personal expenses or additional activities not listed in the itinerary.
5. Itinerary

The itinerary is as per the package schedule. Ngoma Bush Lodge reserves the right to adjust times or activities due to weather, wildlife movement, or operational reasons.
6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival will require full payment.
7. Health and Safety

Guests must ensure they are medically fit for safari activities.
Ngoma Bush Lodge is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss of personal belongings during the stay or activities.
8. Liability

All activities are undertaken at the guest’s own risk.
Ngoma Bush Lodge and its partners cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to weather, wildlife behavior, or travel delays.
9. Force Majeure

Ngoma Bush Lodge reserves the right to alter or cancel any part of the package in cases of natural disasters, political unrest, or events outside of its reasonable control.
10. Acceptance
